Full Job Description
Walnut Way Conservation Corp. is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and managing data that supports our organization and community-focused initiatives. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be vital in ensuring that our records are up-to-date and reliable.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with various data entry software and possess strong organizational skills. You will play an essential part in streamlining our operations by ensuring that important information is recorded and accessible to staff across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Input and update data accurately into electronic databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy and integrity of data before and after entering it into the system.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for team assessments and presentations.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from staff to ensure seamless access to necessary information.
- Participate in data audits and assist in addressing any discrepancies found.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to assist with overall office operations.

Requirements
- Previous data entry experience or administrative support experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in data management is a plus.
