In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in various systems and databases. From ensuring data accuracy to performing quality checks, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our company's information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Enter and verify data in various systems and databases
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular checks and validation
- Follow data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support the data entry process
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in data entry and database management systems
- Fast typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to handle a high volume of data entries while maintaining quality
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
