Data and Reporting Analyst

Resource Innovations is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our growing Client Services team. As a Data and Reporting Analyst with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for creation, delivery, automation, and innovative improvements for reports and dashboards including both internal and client-facing reports and tools. We are seeking a mission driven and career minded individual with previous experience in data analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and reporting tools for internal and external clients.
• Automate reports to incorporate improvements that both save time and increase accuracy.
• Support system setup and design to ensure the capture of data necessary to meet reporting needs.
• Incorporating automation and efficiency to establish processes that guarantee accurate and reliable results.
• Perform database queries and program data analysis as needed.
• Work closely with partners, subcontractors, and clients to integrate diverse data solutions.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and addressing errors within report, dashboards, and tools.
• Support reconciliations as necessary within various databases.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• The ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders and work closely to determine effective solutions.
• 3 years of professional experience working as a business or data analyst is required.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• A proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel, including demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible.
• The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to translate complex concepts concisely.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, LookUps, Index/Match, Charts/Graphs, PowerQuery)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is strongly preferred.
• 1+ year experience with call center technologies (IVR, call routing, call tracking, WFO)
• 1+ year experience with database technologies
• Direct knowledge of VBA
• Energy efficiency experience
• Tableau Certification
• Experience working with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform Solutions
