Compensation: $80k – $100k + Equity

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 5 years in a data analyst role, preferably in eCommerce or a growth-stage start-up.

• SQL and BigQuery expertise.

• Experience with LookerStudio.

• Python and statistics are a plus.

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive eCommerce performance.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Perform A/B testing and provide statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to measure the performance of campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.

- Utilize SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to extract and present data in a user-friendly format.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth initiatives and product development.

- Identify opportunities for data collection and improvement in data quality and integrity.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Support ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed to assist in strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in eCommerce or a growth-stage start-up environment.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.

- Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

- Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing methodologies.

- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
