Job Overview: 
As the Customer Success Director, your primary responsibility revolves around nurturing a pivotal relationship with a high impact hyperscale client that requires substantial capacity and precise management. Your role entails ensuring their unequivocal satisfaction with our services, aligning our actions precisely with their contractual and operational needs while preempting any potential issues. 

 
Main Responsibilities: 

  • Hyperscaler Account Leadership: Assume stewardship of a critical client account, surpassing expectations by comprehensively grasping their modus operandi and strategic trajectory, thereby fostering real partnership. 
  • Project Advocacy: Forge close collaborations with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, advocate for the client's interests while maintaining transparent communication channels to foster trust. 
  • Effective Communication: Maintain meticulous oversight of all commitments made to our clients concerning projects, operational procedures, and facility usage. Serve as the primary conduit for disseminating updates or alterations, thereby instilling a sense of confidence in our capacity to cater to their needs. 
  • Safety & Sustainability: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety protocols and environmental stewardship, underscoring our dedication to responsible business practices, a tenet mutually cherished by both Stream and our clientele. 
  • Strategic Client Relationships: Assume a pivotal role in fortifying our rapport with key clients, leveraging an intimate understanding of their operations to identify avenues for mutual enhancement and value augmentation. 
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate synergistically with the Customer Operations Director to ensure seamless alignment across departments, thereby executing a cohesive strategy reflective of our overarching corporate objectives. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback post-project completion and conduct rigorous self-assessment to refine our service delivery, perpetually elevating our operational efficiency and service offerings. 

 Other Responsibilities: 

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Vigilantly monitor and refine operational methodologies to maintain agility and efficacy in a constantly evolving landscape. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster clear and consistent communication channels with all stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering alignment and consensus on operational matters. 
  • Industry Engagement: Remain abreast of the latest industry developments and trends to ensure that Stream's offerings remain well positioned to serve your client. 

 

Who We're Looking For: 

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred, reflecting a robust foundation in analytical thinking and strategic planning. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in the hyperscale sector, with a track record of facilitating client-centric solutions. Alternatively, 3-5 years of experience directly procuring or managing capacity for hyperscale entities is acceptable. 
  • Skills: Proficiency in strategic planning and interpersonal communication, particularly in the orchestration of large-scale projects.
