What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a summer intern within our Customer Success team. The analyst intern will play a critical role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to provide insights. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will work closely with your team members in Implementation, R&D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success, among others. With an innovative solution that meets a clear market need with growing traction and customer base, this is an amazing opportunity to support the organization as well as increasing the speed to value time during our new customers onboarding journey.

How will you contribute?
- Configure and QA the products
- Review time to value and customer health trends across the Customer Success function
- Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers
- Support Customer Success Managers in value realization analyses
- Complete a presentation with your recommendations to the Customer Success Leaders at the end of your internship on improving our processes to drive value for our customers
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- Currently in your junior or senior year within a 4-year academic program, preferably with a technical major
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, technologically and intellectually curious
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a self-starter, you love learning and are always actively looking for opportunities to contribute
- Healthcare or startup experience preferred
- Open to travel opportunities to customer sites

- The base pay is $22/hour for this role for 12 weeks, Mon-Fri from 9-5 pm, beginning in May. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
