To continue our successful growth, we are looking at hiring new Customer Success Account Managers / Business Growth Coaches.
You will be driving the success of amazing, ambitious entrepreneurs on a 1-1 basis in our Growth Partner Accelerator.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and proven track record of B2B business growth coaching in helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses, both those starting from scratch, as well as those with existing product-market fit looking to scale further.
We’re are ideally looking for ex-agency owners who are committed to helping others achieve success by giving business growth advice, holding them accountable to goals and expectations that are set, and helping entrepreneurs overcome their biggest obstacles for growth.

The Role:
Working as the Personal Growth Partner, you will be overseeing a portfolio of clients, conducting daily 1-1 consultation sessions, and guiding clients on the development and execution of their growth action plans. If specific expertise is required (e.g. finance, legal, delivery etc. ), you'll collaborate with our team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide targeted support. This role demands a high level of business acumen, coaching skills, and digital marketing and sales experience.
- Client Induction: Execute in-depth, personalised video consultations to delve into the intricacies of the client's current standing and aspirations, crafting bespoke action plans to jump-start their path to success.
- Performance Oversight: Conduct daily analyses of client activities in relation to their strategic targets, providing feedback that balances constructive criticism with motivational support.
- Marketing Materials Excellence: Assure the creation of superior marketing collateral, evaluating and refining client-produced content to ensure both relevance and effectiveness.
- Resource Navigation Expertise: Act as the authoritative guide within our digital community platforms, addressing client inquiries and directing them to pertinent learning materials.
- Progress and Accountability Checks: Facilitate review sessions to monitor client advancement, offering clear, tactical advice to rectify missteps and drive progress.
- Participation and Engagement: Champion active and meaningful client engagement in daily workshops and coaching sessions, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Client Experience: Monitor the client experience within the program, proactively implementing alterations to maximise satisfaction and results.
- Resolution Specialist: Rapidly and proficiently address any client challenges or concerns, ensuring resolutions that uphold our standards of client care.
- Insightful Program Analysis: Analyse and present analytical insights on client progress and overall program effectiveness to key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making- Help make our partners richer through effective advice on offer creation, marketing and sales - we coach you on how to do this, our expectation is you apply what we teach and continuously improve on it.
- Coach via 1-1, setting clear plans and holding partners accountable on the execution of them.
- Give specific feedback via slack and review their key milestones to help them continuously improve focusing on the right things that’ll make them successful.
- Drive communication and insights internally, across departments and externally to our clients. In an innovative sector like ours testing new innovations and communication is key.

Requirements
This is for you if:
You are ideally and ex-agency owner, and have extensive digital marketing and sales experience
Doing something similar before now you’re ready to take it to the next level
You consider yourself in the top 5% of sales or marketers globally
You have experience growing businesses or consulting to high growth-businesses
You have extensive business coaching experience and are committed helping others to achieve their goals even if it requires hard conversations
You are committed to learning and developing both technical skills and behavioural tendencies
You are excited to be around high-performers who are all working towards achieving big things

Have less than 1 year of experience in consulting or coaching, or 5 years of mid-high level business experience

Benefits
The Pay:
A minimum guaranteed base rate of $3000-$5000 per month, dependant on experience;
- Expected number of clients will range from 40-60
- 15% commission on Upsells & X-Sells / 7.5% on Sets
- $1000 / $2000 / $3000 on Referrals within 30-day rolling period
- $1000 for most monthly client deals closed
- Bonus for client deals within 45 Days
- OTE for top performers can exceed $10,000 per month
