About You

We’re looking for a customer service supervisor to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.  You will work closely with the Head of Product, Customer Service Manager, and a team of excellent external customer service agents.  This role has the unique challenge of supporting a multitude of brands on Mealogic each with varied consumer experiences.  You will be responsible for managing escalations, quality assurance review, and maintaining FAQ materials.  This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US. 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with external customer service project managers to ensure training materials and agent evaluations reflect company priorities
  • Montior and review customer service interactions to ensure quality and continuous improvement
  • Handle customer-related escalations and inquiries that external agents are unable to resolve
  • Ensure agents are informed about changes to the company’s products and services
  • Prepares knowledge base documents to help agents and customers with frequently asked questions
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with small companies or teams
  • Experience working remotely at a previous job
  • Work days will be Sunday - Thursday, Friday and Saturdays off
  • Based in Eastern or Central Time - 8-4 PM ET schedule
