Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to assist with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
- Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to enhance the customer’s coffee experience.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction at every turn.
- Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the coffee industry to share insights with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive working environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the retail or luxury goods sector.
- A genuine passion for coffee and high-end appliances, with a willingness to learn about our products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
