Responsibilities
- Assist American Express customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and live chat) to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information regarding account features, benefits, and services to enhance customer understanding.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure quality service and feedback for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- No prior experience in customer service is required; however, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
- Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
