Responsibilities

• Assist American Express customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and live chat) to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide information regarding account features, benefits, and services to enhance customer understanding.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure quality service and feedback for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• No prior experience in customer service is required; however, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
