RVB Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a customer-focused and technically proficient Customer Help Technician to join our team. As a reputable company in the industry, we prioritize delivering exceptional technical support and assistance to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing software and hardware solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring software applications and devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Work collaboratively with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer help or technical support role
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of network protocols and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
