Position Overview:
Maven AGI is a cutting-edge generative AI company revolutionizing the customer support landscape. As a Customer Experience - Document Writer, you will play a critical role in creating informative and engaging content that enhances our customer interactions and supports our service commitments. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to deepen your understanding of customer needs and how effective communication supports business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Create, revise, and maintain documentation that supports customer experience operations, including FAQs, help articles, training materials, and process guides.
- Collaborate with customer experience managers to identify documentation needs and develop clear, user-friendly content that improves customer interactions.
- Assist in the management of the content lifecycle for customer experience materials from creation to revision and retirement.
- Work closely with the UX/UI teams to ensure that all documents are accessible and user-centric.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to recommend improvements for documentation and support content.
- Participate in customer experience team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing communication strategies.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related technical field with a strong interest in customer experience or service design.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clear and practical communication.
- Familiarity with digital publishing and content management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and synthesize customer feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a continually evolving sector.
