With significant organic momentum and a growing reputation within the world of wine collecting, we are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Consultant (contract-to-hire) to enhance our members’ experience—from initial waitlist to first purchase and beyond.
About The Role
The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Consultant will report to the GM, Yes Society. We are seeking a contract proposal, which, pending performance and business needs, may present the opportunity to convert to a full-time, director-level position.
As the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Consultant, you will:
- FIX: Audit current customer flows and remedy existing areas of friction—with specific focus on disentangling comms from sister brands across our waitlist, onboarding, and pre-shipment experiences
- BUILD: Lead RFP process, recommendation, and implementation of a new CRM platform
- OPTIMIZE: In collaboration with cross-functional partners, develop reporting and dashboarding capabilities to provide stakeholders with ongoing visibility into channel performance
- OPTIMIZE: Revamp comms calendar and evergreen CRM strategy, using performance insights to recommend content and frequency of communications across manual, automated, and transactional campaigns
- OPTIMIZE: Based on recommended lifecycle strategy, brief in content and creative teams to bring comms to life across various owned channels (primarily email & SMS)
- GROW: Develop basic audience segmentation based on member purchasing behavior to achieve higher CLV by way of incremental marketplace sales and limited collection offerings
- GROW: Develop and implement creative A/B tests tied to audience segmentation to maximize conversion from purchase to resell to upsell
Requirements
About You
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or retention marketing.
- Proven track record of driving growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Both a strategic thinker and a technical executor
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams
