Role Overview: 

Infinite Reality is looking to bring on a Corporate Development Analyst reporting to our Chief Business Officer. In partnership with senior leadership, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth goals through assisting in the development and execution of strategic efforts around M&A, special projects, growth opportunities and business development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, is an exceptional communicator and maintains a high level of integrity and confidentiality. 



What You’ll Do: 

  • Support all aspects of M&A including strategic analysis, valuation, and financial and operational due diligence
  • Utilize experience and industry knowledge to have initial conversations with investors and high-net-worth individuals to determine strategic fit
  • Create and deliver compelling investor communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations, to entice investors to engage and participate with our investment opportunities
  • Work on financial valuation, including discounted cash flow valuation, comparable company valuation, precedent transaction valuation, etc
  • Participate in the strategic planning process and other internal strategy discussions
  • Assist in creating, refining, and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders and the board of directors, emphasizing financial analysis and research findings
  • Effectively communicate the findings, value, and impact of various financial and strategic analyses to management and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses
  • Identify potential deal-related issues and promptly communicate concerns to team 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items to ensure transparency and accountability 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data collection methods, and enhance reporting tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project execution

Requirements

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred from top tier university
  • 2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, consulting, or start-up (role that raised money) 
  • Willing to travel 10%
  • Superior analytical skills and strategic mindset with an ability to condense raw data into succinct valuable summaries 
  • Financial modeling experience building operational, acquisition, and growth models 
  • M&A execution experience required; software / tech deal experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing board and/or executive level strategic and financial presentations
  • High proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Positive energy, start-up/always-on mentality, polished, effectively communicates with high-level investors

The base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
