Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our team at Apple Roofing. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and assisting with the hiring process for top talent with our growing company. You will work closely with our HR team and departmental managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies for all open positions
• Post job listings to various job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions
• Collaborate with HR team and departmental managers to identify hiring needs and draft job descriptions
• Maintain accurate candidate records and communicate with candidates regularly
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a contract recruiter or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
