Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented analyst to provide review and analysis of existing commercial communications service contracts. The successful candidate will identify and interpret clauses within customer contracts and provide confirmation of specific terms against provided criteria. Attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to consistently maintain high-quality standards in an independent environment will be important for success in this role. This is a remote role with full time and part time positions available. All qualified candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Examine service contracts for customers' communication services; identify and evaluate specific terms and clauses in accordance with internal standards and requirements.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of reviewed contracts and any findings, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized.

• Collaborate with support staff to escalate any questionable terms or clauses for further evaluation and guidance.

• Provide feedback on the contract review process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.

• Manage workload independently, adhering to established timelines and priorities.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent reading comprehension and interpretation skills.

• Ability to interpret and analyze contract language and identify relevant clauses and terms.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Ability to identify potential issues and propose solutions or escalate as needed.

• Prior experience in contract analysis, document analysis, legal document review, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

• Proficient in Excel or SmartSheets.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in customer support

• Data-oriented, well-organized personality

• Ability to work independently.

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a short term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $18 - $25. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
