Paradigm Enterprises, a Babcock Power company, is looking to hire a Construction Manager. From electric co-op and municipal substations to industrial wind projects, we work with our industry partners to create a reliable supply of electrical power for their customers.

- Lead Construction Projects: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing a culture of excellence in quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate Project Completion: Take charge of project coordination and ensure timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong on-site customer relationships by effectively coordinating with clients and subcontractors to fulfill project deliverables.
- Set Deadlines and Monitor Progress: Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and closely monitor progress, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Provide Team Leadership: Offer guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesive project management processes and directing the overall work of the team.
- Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance: Collaborate with customers and Babcock Power Safety and Quality personnel to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 plus years in substation construction, with at least 3 years in direct supervision.
- Familiarity with commercial terms, substation construction practices, and legal standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes in substations.
- Ability to convey information effectively through written and verbal channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for project management tasks.
- Maintain quality standards while handling high work volumes.
- Previous experience in electrical project management is a plus.

Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry. Final offers may vary based on multiple factors, including; education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.
The base pay range for this Construction Manager role is $87,000-$105,000 annually.
Per diem and overtime are available per company and project standards.
