Mission

The organization is seeking a Community Manager to drive community engagement across all communication channels and manage their partnership pipelines. This key role will focus on scaling their developer ecosystem, fostering relationships within the broader community, and building strategic partnerships that enhance their ecosystem.

What the Role Entails

• Community Management Across Channels: Oversee and coordinate community engagement on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and other communication channels, ensuring a consistent and supportive presence for the builder community.
• Inbound and Outbound Partnerships: Manage inbound partnership inquiries while also driving outbound efforts to identify and foster new collaboration opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.
• Developer Relations: Collaborate with ambassadors, DevRel, and product teams to grow the developer and builder community.
• Ecosystem Growth: Implement strategies to attract new developers and partners to the platform through events, content, and outreach initiatives.
• Global Outreach: Attend global hackathons and conferences to represent the organization, engage directly with the community, and grow their presence.
• Advocacy and Feedback: Serve as the voice of developers, ensuring their feedback helps shape product development and grant decisions.

Requirements

• Community Expertise: 4+ years of proven ability to lead and grow communities across multiple platforms.
• Partnership Management: Experience managing inbound and outbound partnership funnels, with a strong ability to cultivate and grow strategic relationships.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with Ethereum-based protocols, especially DeFi.
• Strategic Outreach: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining developer relations through outreach and engagement programs.
• Event Management: Experience organizing hackathons, workshops, or community-driven events.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience clearly and effectively.
• Developer Advocacy: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of advocating for developers and ensuring their needs are met.
