Full Job Description
Symmetrio is recruiting a Clinical Solutions Manager position for their client, a large multi-national medical device company. As a Clinical Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of innovative software solutions that aim to revolutionize cancer care. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise, sales acumen, and deep understanding of the healthcare industry to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and healthcare providers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including District Managers, Technical Solution Managers, and Service Managers, to develop and execute sales strategies that promote the company's cutting-edge oncology software products. The candidate can be based in the MD, VA, TN, OH, VA or WV areas. Travel is approximately 50%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert for several product lines, carrying an overlay quota and working closely with large teams consisting of District Managers, Technical Solution Managers, and Service Managers across both Sales and Service.
- Manage and coordinate the sales of targeted product lines, developing and presenting compelling sales proposals, systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
- Demonstrate mastery in showcasing product functionality for ARIA to audiences of varying sizes, articulating the value proposition, integration with other company solutions, and addressing technical product specifications.
- Assist with the correct configuration of customer quotations and support sales efforts to secure software and hardware sockets.
- Provide comprehensive Business Plans, order results, and forecasts for product lines within your assigned region.
- Work independently on day-to-day tasks, while receiving general instructions on new assignments.
- Perform all required management responsibilities, including implementing company policies, programs, and guidelines; managing resources; maintaining a deep understanding of the company's business; and staying current with functional, technical, and external market trends necessary for managing your immediate organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Extensive clinical experience with ARIA, recognized as an expert in Oncology Information Systems.
- Strong IT knowledge, familiarity with the health reform landscape, and industry-specific product knowledge.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems.
- Excellent networking skills with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
- Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with PACS and EMR systems.
- Specialization in demonstrating product lines such as Aria Radiation therapy treatment.
