Atlantic Research Group (ARG), a distinguished Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in oncology, immunology, and neurology clinical trials, is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a proven track record in monitoring clinical trials. Our focus is on helping innovators bring new therapies to market, particularly in the therapeutic areas of oncology, immunology, and neurology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, ensuring compliance with GCPs and ARG's global SOPs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with investigative sites and client company personnel.
- Represent ARG in the medical research community, enhancing our reputation and contributing to high-quality study outcomes.
- Manage multiple project assignments across various sponsors and sites, with travel required up to 80% of the time.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, or certification in a related allied health profession (e.g., RN, MT, PA, RPh, RT).
- Certification: CCRA certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years as a clinical research associate, with drug trial and site management experience required. Specific experience in neurology and/or oncology is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, thorough understanding of medical terminology, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, strong attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong critical thinker.
Location:
This position requires significant travel and offers the flexibility to work remotely when not on-site.
