Full Job Description

As a Clinical Partnerships Manager (Inside Sales), you will strategically advance Riverside’s mission in your assigned territory by articulating the value of our Clinical solutions to educational partners by building relationships via presentations, and other touchpoints. You will forge strong, personal relationships with schools and districts, aligning our offerings with their specific goals and challenges in each community district/school. Through these efforts, you contribute significantly to organizational growth while cultivating thriving educational ecosystems that benefit educators, students, administrators, and the company alike.  


In this role you will get to: 

  • Drive new business growth and manage renewal opportunities by nurturing relationships through the sales cycle
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of business and move opportunities through with velocity
  • Build strong, personal relationships with schools and districts
  • Hold new “INTRO” meetings with customers and conduct timeline and actionable follow-up items
  • Utilize CRM reports/data to track territory activity  
  • Maintain a current Territory Action Plan in CRM to drive coordinated customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (education, school psychology, clinical psychology, or business).  
  • Sales experience in the education market preferred 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills 
  • Skilled at building rapport with customers 
  • Ability to maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and follow up on opportunities through close of sale 
  • Highly motivated, goal driven and possesses desire to up-sell and cross-sell new logos 
  • Proficient in utilizing Power Point, Excel, and CRM tools  
  • Effective in delivering Web-based presentations  
  • Collaborative and able to work across departments to attain desired outcomes 

Physical Requirements for this position 

  • Remote 
  • 10-25% travel for periodic customer meetings or off-site team meetings 
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
