Acentra is looking for a Clinical, Manager EAP On-site Services (Remote U.S.) to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Manager, EAP On-site Services is responsible for the delivery of non-medical clinical services at client locations. By providing direct supervision of and clinical leadership for the On-site Clinical Regional Supervisors and the On-site Clinicians and collaborating with other departments within the company, the Clinical Manager of On-site Services will ensure that high-quality services are delivered and that each client location is operating at its highest level. The selected candidate will also serve as the primary liaison between the client's points of contact and internal stakeholders.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directs the day-to-day operations of the on-site program and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives.
- Guides KPIs and reporting for success at the program and staff level.
- Supervises the service staff, evaluates employee performance, and makes recommendations for human resources actions to the Network Operations Vice President.
- Makes programmatic and administrative recommendations to the Network Operations Vice President in accordance with the agency/program goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives consistent with the program’s Performance Work Statement and company policies.
- Oversees quality assurance in the program’s service delivery including clinical care and documentation.
- Collaborates and interacts with client stakeholders, including local points of contact, Peer Support program members and leaders, Chaplains, Resiliency Support specialists, and others.
- Supports Clinical Supervisors/Managers in day-to-day as well as strategic initiatives.
- Oversees the program’s productivity to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
- Prepares and analyzes data on the program, including trends, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Coordinates communication with other service components of the agency and outside agencies.
- Collaborates regularly with the Chief Clinical Officer/ Project Manager for clinical best practices, adherence, and regulations.
- Reports on the program’s health and success regularly to the Vice President, etc.
- Adheres to the agency’s policies and procedures.
- Serves on agency committees, working groups, and other bodies as assigned.
- Adheres to the agency’s code of ethics and complies with the state mental health code.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health field.
- Unrestricted license(s) to practice in the mental health field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the mental health, and human services fields or operations field.
- 5+ years at the supervisory level in the mental health, human services, or operations fields.
- Clinical knowledge or experience in EAP, crisis response support, substance abuse/ recovery, and psychoeducation.
- Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team and to represent the agency with the client.
- Experience in client management and client success.
- Cultural competency working with law enforcement/military.
- Skilled in Excel and reporting capabilities, including Metrics and KPI reporting.
- Skills in supervising, evaluating, and general oversight of staff.
- Good organizational skills and administrative abilities.
- Knowledge of and the ability to adhere to a professional code of ethics.
- Knowledge of and the ability to comply with the state’s mental health code.
- Must possess a clean, valid driver’s license and have access to a private vehicle.
- Ability to pass a federal security clearance for a non-sensitive/high-risk public trust position.
* Includes fingerprinting and a background investigation that covers a seven-year investigative scope.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential or willingness to obtain it within one year.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to Travel, up to 30% of the year to various regional sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $72,000-118,800 annually.
“Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”
