Summary of Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Operations Coordinator to join our Client Success Operations team. The Client Success Operations team directly supports our client-facing Client Success team members in several ways. In this role, you will provide essential support in developing new operational processes, creating & upkeeping custom reports, executing administrative updates across RYNO platforms, and supporting projects as an Client Success department liaison with other RYNO departments. Your primary focus will be executing operational tasks that help maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring our account management department processes run efficiently and effectively.

Position Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist Client Success Department & Director of Client Success Operations in day-to-day operation tasks such as process facilitation, special projects, development and roll-out of new RYNO services, and creating RYNOtrax2.0 custom dashboards
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design & upkeep custom reports on account activity, performance, and client engagement metrics for internal review using systems such as Excel, Salesforce, and other department platforms
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services to clients. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in account management processes and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity
  • Client Account Maintenance: Help manage and update client accounts in internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Additional job duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role, preferably within Account Management, Operations, or Customer Service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to listen well, understand client and/or Account Management department team needs and priorities, and translate them clearly internally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data information and reports
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address operational challenges
  • Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Make intentional decisions quickly while using critical thinking
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity

The total compensation for this salaried nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary of $48,000 to $52,000, the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
