We are expanding and seeing a motivated Client Success Specialist

What you will be doing:

• Educating, training, and motivating clients to use their new breakthrough customer experience software.

• Troubleshooting, resolving problems, and offering solutions to clients as they navigate through the software experience.

• Hosting live zoom one-on-ones, group trainings, and seminars

• Creating and refining training programs to enhance client experience.

• Helping clients design and launching marketing automation flows using the Shopwindow software tailored to their needs.

• Evaluating clients progress and assigning appropriate lessons.

• Operating a dozen technologies like Zoom, Screencast-o-Matic, Shopwindow, Happy Scribe, Spatial etc.

• Developing and maintaining successful long-term client relationships by building loyalty and trust throughout our entire process.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for motivated college students, recent grads, or professionals early on in their career, who are studying/have studied marketing, advertising, business, communications, education, or similar areas. This position will start part-time (roughly 15 - 20 hours per week). The exact working schedule is flexible and hours can be worked around school classes or another job. This job has the potential to become a full-time position if that is your ultimate desire.

We've found that people who have some sort of coaching experience - whether it be in a classroom, younger brothers and sisters, a musical instrument, a group or team - tend to do well in this role.

You will be paid a starting hourly rate of $16 per hour with opportunities for bonuses for stellar performance. We are looking for a high-performer and someone who is willing to work hard.

What Skills Do You Need?

• Must be able to operate sophisticated software, like Wrike and Shopwindow (with training).

• A little background using CRM tools, email marketing software, or website builders (Weebly, Wix, squarespace. etc) is a plus. We will provide all the training you need to master our technology products.

• The natural ability to educate others and creatively problem solve.

• You are able to take a complicated topic and simplify it for others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be recording a lot of video content, so a charismatic and professional presenting voice is a plus.

• Intrinsic motivation and self-discipline – You will be working from home so you will not have a manager or supervisor watching over you every hour of the working day.

• Coachability – Willing to listen to and embrace coaching and implement the feedback to better yourself in the role.

• The ability to put yourself in the shoes of others. You are sensitive to the different ways people respond to communication and can modify your communication style to match where the other person is at.
