Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Client Service, this position is responsible for handling and resolving client queries. Requiring strong attention to detail, this role will also keep client accounts up to date and report any issues with records to management. Since this role involves interaction with our clients the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be skilled in handling client issues promptly and with the client needs in mind.

Job Responsibilities

  • Entry of client data into our platform, data entry will be a large component of the role
  • Troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions
  • Maintain client accounts
  • Assisting Clients with navigating the platform
  • Communicating clearly and thoroughly with internal and external departments
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar position/environment; data entry experience required
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy required
