Position Overview: We seek an enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This position will report to the CEO and can be remote or hybrid. This position aims to ensure our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our platform. 

This person will assist law firms during onboarding, gather and analyze user feedback, and help create comprehensive product documentation. 

We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about AI, legal tech, and delivering exceptional customer service. A background as an immigration paralegal or legal assistant would be a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in onboarding, ensuring they are set up for success with Visalaw.ai. This includes guiding them through the initial setup, providing training, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  
• Customer Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our platform.
  
• User Feedback Collection: Actively gather client feedback to understand their experience, identify pain points, and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  
• Documentation Creation: Collaborate with the product and development teams to create and maintain user-friendly documentation, guides, FAQs, and other resources that assist clients in effectively using Visalaw.ai.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach to all business aspects.
  
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and legal tech developments, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in immigration law (paralegal, legal assistant, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
