Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Clerical Aide to support the GVSD Human Resources Department through our partnership at Great Valley School District (GVSD)!
Summary :
- Location: Great Valley District Office
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00
- 12 month, year round position
- The hourly pay rate is $20.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality, both verbal and written, in all aspects of the position
- Support the Human Resources Department by tracking personnel data, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and creating Adobe PDF fillable forms.
- Assist with onboarding and interview preparation.
- Order supplies, scan confidential documents for online files, manage emails and phone calls, and prepare correspondence.
- Facilitate district-wide job postings in the district’s Frontline’s Recruiting and Hiring platform.
- Process invoices
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Department.
- Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Familiarity with HRM system and Canva a plus
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors Degree - Preferred
- Experience working in database systems, Word and Excel
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine clerical functions in an office setting
Credentialing Requirements:
(Clearances within 12 months)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
- TB Screening (current within 3 months)
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
