Claims Analyst

RVB Associates, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Analyst to join our team. As a respected company in the industry, we are committed to providing comprehensive claims management services to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims, ensuring accurate and timely completion. From reviewing claim documentation and verifying policy coverage to conducting investigations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders, you will play a critical role in facilitating the claims process.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Review claim documentation and verify policy coverage
• Investigate and gather necessary documentation to assess claim validity
• Collect and analyze relevant data to determine claim eligibility
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to gather additional information as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of eligible claims
• Review and negotiate settlements with claimants, as appropriate
• Assist in the resolution of claim-related inquiries or disputes
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim records

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Claims Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of insurance claim processing and industry best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex claim documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in claims management software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
