Full Job Description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Chief Revenue Officer - Crypto - candidates can be based in N/S America or Europe.

The Chief Revenue Officer will play a pivotal role in steering us through our next growth phase. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will be responsible for defining and executing our revenue strategy, enhancing our sales processes, and driving significant growth across all revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with our mission and market opportunities.
  • System Optimization: Evaluate and enhance our current sales and revenue generation processes to establish a more efficient, scalable system.
  • Lead Management: Streamline lead generation and management processes to reduce lead times and improve conversion rates, ensuring a steady growth in customer acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and expand the sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to fuel enterprise growth, while maintaining a keen eye on the evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
  • Partnership Formation: Identifying key integration opportunities to further our security network, and working with other security providers to automate our referrals pipeline
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other C-suite executives to ensure alignment across the company's strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role within a high-growth technology focused organization.
  • Previous experience in a company generating over $1M in yearly revenue is essential.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to devise and execute revenue growth strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated experience in optimizing sales processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market and its challenges, with the ability to navigate and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Location: Flexibility regarding location, with a preference for candidates close to the Eastern Standard Time Zone or in Europe.
