The Role:
Our pioneering SaaS product, the Infinite Reality Studio, is seeking a Chief Product Officer who will report to the president of the division. Infinite Reality Studio is a web native 3D engine and no-code platform that enables brands to connect with their audiences in unprecedented ways, leveraging artificial intelligence to create turnkey immersive experiences that drive improved customer engagement, monetization, loyalty and enhanced analytics. Since the platform requires no coding experience, brands can quickly, easily and cost effectively create, deploy and optimize their experiences. And, because our engine is web based, any customer and end-user with an internet connection can easily access and share the experiences making them truly scalable and sticky.
As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will be instrumental in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. You will lead a talented team of product managers, designers, customer service, and QA managers, and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and business development to innovate and deliver exceptional AI-driven 3D immersive experiences to our global customer base.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify emerging trends to inform product direction.
- Assess and understand the competitive landscape to keep iRE ahead of the curve and informed about our industry, supporting our corporate strategy and M&A teams, as relevant
- Product Roadmap and Execution:
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives and customer needs.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
- Hire, onboard, mentor and lead a team including FTEs, contractors, agencies and other vendors
- Innovation and Differentiation:
- Champion innovation within the product portfolio, leveraging AI and spatial computing advancements to differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Explore new technologies, partnerships, and integrations to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction (including strong NPS), and revenue growth.
- Customer Focus:
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, market analysis, and feedback channels.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations.
- Industry Thought Leadership:
- Represent the company as a thought leader, participating in industry events, conferences, press, and forums.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen our market position and drive business growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in product management including:
- 15+ years of product management experience in consumer and/ or b2b software companies
- Minimum of 10 years in senior product management/ leadership roles
- Experience in gaming, AI, spatial computing, and/ or AR/VR/XR, specifically WebXR, strongly preferred
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and UX/UI design principles.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, innovative products that drive business results and customer satisfaction, especially in subscription based business models.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
