Canada Group Systems LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Credit Partner to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role focused on financial management and strategy. The CFO will be responsible for securing business credit and assisting with signing on behalf of the company up to max of 12 months. As a Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Credit Partner, you will work closely with our executive team to drive financial performance and provide strategic guidance to support the company's growth and profitability, with the opportunity to earn residual income.

HERE’S HOW TO BECOME A CFO FOR ONE OF OUR CORPORATE CLIENTS

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• The CFO is responsible for securing business credit and assisting with signing on behalf of the company for amounts ranging from $200 k to $500k. This is a vital step for the growth we are looking to grow, expand, and operate smoothly
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital management
• **Opportunity to Become a CFO/Credit Partner* The chosen CFO candidate will become part owner of Canada Group Systems LLC and will be responsible for signing on behalf of the business acquisition. The exact percentage of ownership to be received is to be determined. The primary responsibilities of the Contractor will include:

1. Securing funding through syndication and strategic business acquisitions brought to Canada Group Systems LLC.
2. Identifying businesses for Canada Group Systems LLC to acquire that are self-sustaining and capable of servicing their own debt through business income.

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a CFO/Credit Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and providing credit support and signing on behalf of the company, leveraging your expertise to enhance our financial operations.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive profitability

Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
• To ensure alignment with the values and expectations of Group Systems LLC and its corporate clients, candidates for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) program must meet the following criteria: How long does it take to start making money?
• You can get paid in as little as 30 business days from the date you sign on.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Earn-In CFO/Credit Partner Program
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies and will be responsible for signing on behalf of the business to drive business growth. this is paid on the dollar amount the Business receives.
• Earn $50K+ annually as a sideline—no need to quit your day job. Part-time or full-time, pay for performance, 1099 compensation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or similar certification is preferred
• 720 Credit Score or better on all three credit bureaus: Must Provide a redacted credit report, only first name only showing utilization, score, and number of inquiries.
• Must be a US citizen
• Have 3 revolving credit accounts with credit limits over 5K
• No more than 0-28% of your revolving utilization
• Auto loan should be on your credit profile – open or closed
• Mortgage should appear on your credit profile open or closed
• No Bankruptcy new, old, or pending
• No State or Federal tax liens
• No Collection Accounts
• No Public Records on your consumer credit profile
• No unsettled lawsuits of any kind
• No 30, 60, 90 day late payments on your credit profile
• No more than 6 inquires in the last 6 months (call us)
• Minimum of 5 year credit history. Longer the better.
• Most of our candidates are 25-75 years of age
• No employment required
• Have work, business or professional experience in any field

Compensation:**

1. **Earn-In CFO Bonus:**

   - Upon the successful execution of funding for business acquisitions, a bonus payment of $Generous – to massively Generous $ will be awarded.
