A company developing an innovative platform designed to create, scale and monetize creative projects is currently looking for a Chief Business Development Officer/Co-founder.
This platform provides creative professionals with unique opportunities to embody and control intellectual property: characters, comics and animation. Combining more than 20 advanced neural networks (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.), the platform allows you to quickly generate scripts, characters and final videos suitable for commercials, music videos and other commercial video products.
Blockchain technology guarantees the protection of user rights and the possibility of receiving royalties. The team behind the project has deep experience in media, AI and video production, accumulated on successful projects in Web2 and Web3 and reaching multi-million audiences. The platform is entering the rapidly growing $182B commercial video content market and the dynamically developing AI animation segment.
The company aims to develop this segment to meet the growing demand for tools that simplify and reduce the cost of expensive and labor-intensive processes. Currently, it costs $1k–$10k to produce a minute of professional video, and the main goal of the company is to make it cheaper and faster without loss of quality.
The team developed the MVP in 4 months, and more than 4,000 videos have already been created on the platform. Early users note the convenience of creating animated videos and promotional clips. The company also cooperates with major publishers on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.

Your tasks on the position:
- Developing a business strategy
- Development of partnerships
- Monitoring results: Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business initiatives
- Maintaining relationships with potential investors, preparing and conducting presentations
- Team Management
- Phase 1 - focus on the B2B segment: Collaboration with animation studios and video production: Building partnerships with key industry players to develop and implement joint projects
- In Phase 2 - entering B2C: Scaling to a wide audience: Developing strategies for entering the B2C market, including researching the needs of end users and adapting products
Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive sales experience
- Work experience in the field of AI, animation, neural networks, working with video studios, video advertising producers, clip makers
- Practical experience building a business in the US market
- Experience building relationships with corporate clients
- Experience dealing with investors
- English C2
Will be a plus:
- Work experience in an industry company known to potential investors
- Work experience in startups
- Experience working with AI
- CustDev b2b Customer Experience
- Knowledge of anyone at Openal or another neural network provider
- Experience in the startup accelerator
