Full Job Description
We seek an experienced CFO Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Chief Financial Officers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and training senior finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver training programs for CFOs on financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to CFOs.
- Evaluate and adjust training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with finance and leadership trends for training content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications preferred.
- Extensive experience as a CFO or senior finance leader.
- Proven track record in training finance professionals at an executive level.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
- Leadership and coaching abilities.
