About Sam
The United States does not have a support system for women, so we are building one.
Our Mission: At Sam, our mission is to provide women a world of support and opportunity for a better future.
Sam is redefining how caregivers receive support—holistically, meaningfully, and with dignity. Launching in April 2025, Sam provides a trusted ecosystem of professionals delivering practical, emotional, and financial guidance for those caring for aging parents, partners, and loved ones.
Caregiving should not come at the cost of the caregiver’s well-being. At Sam, we recognize that caregivers are often the "second patient," unseen and unsupported. We are changing that. Sam is elevating caregiving, ensuring that those who give care receive the same level of expert, thoughtful, and compassionate support that they provide to others.
We are seeking highly experienced professionals who can support caregivers not only in navigating logistics but also in reclaiming their well-being. Our approach is holistic: practical solutions, emotional guidance, and financial clarity.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking experts with direct experience in caregiving-related fields, including:
- Spiritual coaches – Providing faith-based and emotional support for caregivers in times of stress and transition
- HR professionals and career coaches – Helping caregivers navigate workplace challenges, career breaks, and re-entry strategies
- Family mediators – Facilitating conversations and resolving conflicts in multi-generational caregiving situations
- Family dynamic coaches – Offering guidance on setting boundaries, managing family relationships, and handling role reversals
- Aging life care managers – Assisting caregivers with long-term planning, care coordination, and crisis navigation
- Caregiver coaches – Helping individuals structure sustainable caregiving strategies without sacrificing their own health
- Remote care coordinators – Supporting long-distance caregivers in managing care logistics from afar
- Medicare/Medicaid specialists – Providing clarity on benefits, coverage options, and navigating the healthcare system
- Respite care coordinators – Assisting caregivers in accessing relief, temporary care, and self-care opportunities
- Legal coaches – Guiding caregivers on estate planning, power of attorney, and legal rights in caregiving situations
- Grief counselors – Supporting caregivers through anticipatory grief, loss, and the emotional toll of long-term caregiving
- Financial planners and coaches – Helping caregivers understand financial impacts, long-term planning, and resource allocation
If you have 10 or more years of professional experience, a proven track record in advising, coaching, or consulting, and a deep understanding of caregiving challenges, we invite you to apply.
