CaliWalks LLC is a leading brand in health and wellness. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a CaliWalks Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our CaliWalks products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for generating new prospects, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new leads and potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers, while also managing existing accounts.
- Present and promote our walking tours to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our walking tours to interested customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and a win-win situation for both parties.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and value proposition to potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
