As a Business Support Specialist, you will be integral in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization, providing essential support to various business functions.

Responsibilities
- Communication and Reporting
- Draft, edit, and organize high-quality communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and serve as a point of contact for the EVP to ensure tasks and priorities are on track.
- Project Coordination
- Support the tracking, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including presentations, briefings, and follow-up action plans.
- Content Creation and Marketing Support
- Help develop basic content for presentations, graphics, social media updates, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in coordinating events, campaigns, or initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on key customers and market trends, including reports on strategic initiatives, spending patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Manage the EVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist with logistics for meetings, events, and virtual presentations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking accommodations, creating itineraries, and ensuring all travel details are well-organized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media platforms or basic graphic design tools like Canva.
- Interest or experience in the federal consulting or government contracting industry.
