As a Business Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and controlling inventory within our practice. This position is for a full-time experienced Business Inventory Control Specialist who can demonstrate proficiency in inventory control, supply chain management, and data analysis. Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills are necessary for effectively managing inventory levels and identifying areas for improvement. The Business Inventory Control Specialist will collaborate with various teams within the organization and must have excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Full-time Business Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The Business Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are in line with demand
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine supply needs and monitor inventory levels
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures
  • Assist with the development and implementation of inventory control policies

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Business Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in inventory control principles and supply chain management
