Business Analyst (Junior-Level)

Bachelor’s degree with a least 1 Year of Business Analyst Experience.

Ability to undergo a US Government Public Trust Background Investigation.

Strong Communication Skills with ability to provide samples of writing.

Seeking Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience with some experience in communications. This position is a full-time position, to be performed remotely from within the continental United States.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery efforts to understand and document existing processes, policies, and workflows.
• Analyze workflows to identify critical paths, dependencies, bottlenecks, and the potential for vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and conducts business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition, and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business conditions.
• Identify potential risks to the organization and stakeholders for which they serve.
• Maintain a cadence of communication with program stakeholders, including application users and the sponsors of various efforts.

Requirements

Qualified candidates need:

Strong written and verbal communications.

Experience with communication campaigns.

Ability to abstract, synthesize and communicate complex requirements and adapt communication approach/style depending on the audience.

At least 1 Year of experience performing business analysis or running communication campaigns.

Candidates must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.

** Alternatively, 8 additional years of experience may be used to substituted for the education requirement.

Candidates must be able to pass a US Government background investigation as a condition of employment.
