Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand their needs.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop detailed documentation for business requirements and process flows.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support project management by assisting in project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile or Scrum.
