Job Description:
iSoftTek Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/ Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst/ Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting data analysis, and creating actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in data analysis and business requirements gathering.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis and create actionable insights
- Create and maintain documentation, such as business requirement documents and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
