StoneSpec USA is looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for various projects.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and design the necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives.
  • Create detailed user stories, process maps, and documentation to facilitate understanding among stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
  • Provide support for ongoing business operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
