Overview:
We are seeking a talented, visionary Brand & Content Strategist to collaborate with our team and clients in developing impactful brand and content strategies. As a full-time employee, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and on a project basis, contributing your expertise in brand positioning, messaging frameworks, visual identity, persona development, content strategy and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Positioning: Work closely with clients to establish and refine their brand positioning within their respective markets, identifying competitive advantages and target audience segments
- Messaging Framework: Develop cohesive messaging frameworks that articulate brand stories and communication strategies across various channels and touchpoints
- Visual Identity: Collaborate with design teams to create visual identities that reflect brand values and resonate with target audiences
- Personas: Conduct research to develop detailed buyer personas and audience profiles, informing marketing strategies and content development
- Brand Voice/Tone: Define brand voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistency in communication across all brand touchpoints
- Narrative & Content Strategy: Craft a resonant brand story that guides content marketing efforts. Provide Quality Assurance and editing for pre-publication content.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Research: Lead research initiatives, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and user testing, to gather insights into customer preferences and behaviors
- Voice of Customer (VoC) Analysis: Analyze research findings to uncover insights and opportunities for enhancing the brand experience, providing actionable recommendations for strategy development
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
- Content Organization: Develop and manage content calendars, maintain content inventories, develop content auditing
- Client Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating strategy recommendations effectively and providing strategic guidance throughout project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand & Content Strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of branding principles, content strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
