BOTTERS. is one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital growth agencies.

Put simply: we work with cool businesses doing cool things and help them grow by getting more customers.

We do this by running paid ads (think Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.), and it’s working pretty well… we generated over £59,000,000 in sales for our clients last year!

Right now, we are looking for a CRM/Email Specialist to join our team.

This role is all about managing and developing our email and CRM strategies for our clients, and you'll play a huge part in our clients' success by turning leads into appointments and sales. 

You'll make sure accounts are set up just right and that we're sending the perfect messages to the right people at the right time.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

📊 CRM Strategy and Implementation

  • Lead the CRM strategy for your accounts, ensuring we hit our clients' targets & exceed expectations.

  • Work primarily with GoHighLevel (80% of work) and other CRMs like Hubspot and ActiveCampaign (20% of work).

  • Craft campaigns, set up automated workflows, understand triggers, forms, surveys, and lead tracking - you’ll make sure the accounts are running exactly as they should be.

👥 Team Management

  • Build & manage our CRM team (currently 1 intern) and report directly to the Client Director & CEO.

  • Drive team excellence, fostering an environment that sets the bar higher.

  • Motivate your team to craft groundbreaking work in all delivery aspects.

🔄 Orchestrate World-Class Email & SMS Campaigns

  • You’ll plan, create, & launch powerful email & SMS campaigns for our diverse range of clients.

  • You’ll use your knowledge of copywriting, persuasion, and marketing to use the CRM systems to turn leads into appointments & sales.

  • You’ll always be testing & iterating, finding new & innovative ways to amplify the engagement from our clients databases of prospects.

📈 Reporting and Analysis

  • Report on the performance of email & SMS campaigns to our clients and interpret the data to make improvements.

  • Track & manage the performance of all your clients & keep them updated on their campaign performance.

  • Be able to break down complex data into simple human terms for our clients to understand.


Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, with the working hours ideally one hour ahead of UK time to stay in sync with our team.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 



✅ 3+ years of experience in CRM management and email marketing, with a strong understanding of best practices

✅ A robust grasp of CRM strategies, including emails, planning, creative, automation, and data insights

Brownie points if:

✅ You have direct experience with GoHighLevel, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign etc.

✅ You're great at writing persuasive email copy.
