I'm excited to introduce you to Boost Your Practice, where we're all about helping healthcare professionals grow a thriving practice.

I'm Nicola, and here at Boost Your Practice, we focus on supporting physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists, and health professionals to grow and scale their business. From generating leads to providing coaching services and running Google Ads campaigns, we've got our hands full!

Right now, we're on the lookout for another team member to join us. 

We need someone who's a real whiz with Google PPC, specifically local search campaigns. Ideally someone who can dive in and take over new account setup and ongoing optimisation.

Think of it as a mix between a manager and a specialist - someone who's got about four years of solid experience under their belt.

Our client’s ad spend isn't off the charts, but we've got around 50 clients who trust us with their budgets, ranging from $500 to $4,000 per month. 

We are not the average “drive traffic to their website” pay-per-click agency. Our team in-house handles building funnels and awesome high-converting landing pages that we are really proud of. 

We have excellent copywriting and high converting pages taken care of…all we need is YOU… to take the reins on all things Google PPC. Staying on top of the latest PPC strategies and always striving to make things better, are a big part of the role.

We're looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team and help us deliver a steady stream of leads to our clients through effective Google Ads campaigns. 

Your work will enable healthcare practices to grow, and you'll play a crucial part in our ability to take on more clients and maintain high service standards.

Once our clients are taken care of you’ll also be helping us with our own in-house ppc advertising specifically for list growth. 

Responsibilities will include:

🔍 Setting up new local Google Ads search campaigns for our clients

🔄 Continuously optimising campaigns for the best performance

📊 Implementing and managing robust conversion tracking

📈 Staying updated with the latest trends in paid traffic to adapt our strategies

💡 Managing and optimising our in-house paid traffic on LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram

💰 Working with account sizes ranging from £300 to £4000 per month to maximise ROI

This is a full-time role with flexible hours. While we're based in the UK, we welcome candidates from different time zones. You'll need to be available for up to 2 hours a week for team meetings during UK office hours.


To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Prompt and clear communication style

✅ Experience with local search Google Ads

✅ Experience with Zapier

✅ Experience with Google Ads management accounts

✅ Experience with Google Analytics

✅ Experience with Meta Business Suite

✅ Proactivity in suggesting service and efficiency improvements

Brownie points for:

🎓 Experience with Kajabi/ GoHighLevel

💼 Experience with LinkedIn Ads

🏥 Familiarity with healthcare advertising and its unique constraints

📚 Understanding of ASA standards (full training can be provided)
