Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Benefits and Compensation Manager will play a critical role in the overall design, implementation, administration, and compliance for Infinite Reality’s total rewards program. This individual will guide stakeholders and develop creative solutions to enable the delivery of our growth goals with a sophisticated and equitable approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as subject matter expert and provide day-to-day compensation support cross-functionally, as well as to leaders across the organization to inform, influence, and support our business practices
- U.S. based compensation program, processes, and structures, from scratch and ensure compliance as the business scales, and recommend process improvements based on business needs
- Reevaluate current programs and establish framework for job leveling, salary banding, bonus structures, internal equity, compensation planning, and geographic differentials
- Use market intelligence and data to ensure competitiveness and fairness to attract talent including evaluation of cash and equity
- Create and maintain processes to ensure all benefits plans remain in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and track compensation reporting metrics, and communicate actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders to improve overall compensation goals
- Ensure that compensation programming is designed for scale while retaining flexibility for customization was necessary to support business objectives
- Manage benefits vendors effectively, ensuring service level agreements are met and service issues are addressed and lead benefits invoicing reconciliation
- Ongoing review and evaluate the quality, utilization, cost, service and satisfaction of assigned benefit plans; make recommendations for improvements to make us an employer of choice
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience specializing in benefits and compensation in a fast-paced environment, SaaS or technology preferred
- Public company experience required
- Extensive experience driving, managing and scaling compensation and benefits programs through policies, processes, and systems across the U.S.
- Expert compensation knowledge including theory, application, and compliance with state and federal laws that apply to plans, policies, and programs
- Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis
- Advanced analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
