• BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.00 per hour (w2 employment)
• Rate is based on years of related experience
• Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case
• BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas

URGENT NEEDS:

• Gordonville, PA: Monday-Friday 4:30-6:30pm, Saturday 10am-2pm -experienced BHT
• East Earl, PA: Monday- Friday 9am-3:30pm
• Elizabethtown, PA: 4.5hours/ day; 11/1/24-possibly 7:45am - 2:15pm- experienced BHT
• Lancaster, PA: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
• Lancaster, PA: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm
• Lancaster, PA: Monday 8:30-2pm Tuesday - Thursday 8:45am-2pm
• Manheim, PA Monday-Thursday 2:45-5:45pm
• Millersville, PA: Wednesday-Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm
• Mount Joy, PA: Monday- Wednesday 3pm-5pm
• New Holland, PA: Monday-Friday 10am-2pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
