About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and creative B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join Right At School’s growing marketing organization, helping to support our sales team by being a ‘co-pilot’ in RAS’ growth! This role is a combination of both strategy and execution in which you will serve as a partner and advocate for the sales team, playing an essential role in helping them meet their goals.  Together, you will determine what marketing strategies have the highest success rates to build cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and generate new partnerships. B2B Growth Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Coordinate territory planning with sales partners to design growth strategies focused on generating leads and pipeline opportunities that ultimately help our sales partners achieve annual goals.
  • Plan, build, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with sales partners that may involve email marketing, direct mail, digital, social, and more. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging creative thinking and market insights about K-12 school and district leaders. 
  • Manage account-based marketing activities in partnership with sales, including identifying target accounts while developing and executing prospecting efforts.
  • Work with the creative and marketing operations teams to create customizable sales tools and marketing resources that enable the sales team to more effectively personalize prospecting and selling efforts, such as messaging guides, sales presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, email templates, and best practices. 
  • Partner with marketing operations to create analytics dashboards that monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, enabling you to conduct ROI analyses on all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate participation in and planning of regional events and conferences.
  • Work with the creative and operations teams to design and develop custom assets to use in marketing campaigns. 
  • Manage your regional marketing budget in alignment with the annual growth marketing budget.
  • Expect up to 10% travel within the United States. 

Requirements

What We’d Like You to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, childhood development/education, or customer management that gives you the skills to be successful in our industry. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a company with a high-touch focus on customer satisfaction!
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral.
  • Experience working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals 
  • Strong interest in a career in digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, event marketing and direct marketing. 
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing, and implementing customer facing strategies that generate leads and opportunities.
