Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and help develop the current pipeline of future work supported by the Modern Service Management (MSM) team.
• Uncover and upsell new subscription opportunities and client benefits within the Atlassian product suite.
• Business process review for clients and internal teams that includes a keen ability to identify pain points and then solution for them through requirements gathering. 
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, keeping all client information easily accessible and up to date including contract renewal management and change orders. 
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions. Gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to a lean and agile work environment.

Requirements

Requirements for Success

Technical Ability

• Knowledgeable around configurations and optimization of  Atlassian's suite of products, including Jira (JSM, JSW, JWM, JPD), Confluence.
• Knowledgeable in ways of working with business process management.
• Effectively elicit business requirements and translate them into business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and use cases.

Consulting Experience

• Active Listening to potential clients is crucial for understanding their needs, pain points, and objectives. This is critical to building a relationship to better
• Empathy, understanding the perspective of potential clients and empathizing with their challenges is essential for building trust and rapport.

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

• Effectively identify client challenges and offer innovative solutions to address them.
• Leverage data to identify trends and improve processes.

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum of 2 years using and supporting the Atlassian suite of products.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting business or system process analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, namely Scrum and/or Kanban
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Experience in the Google suite including Google Sheets
• Background in inside sales and analytics

Benefits

Salary

$90,000 - 100,000 USD  base salary depending on location and experience

Remote opportunity, the applicant should be located in Canada, Mexico or the United States. .
