Full Job Description
Reporting to the Commercialization Manager, the Associate Commercialization Manager will direct the execution of our food service and ingredient innovation and product maintenance programs, plans and timelines. They will actively partner cross functionally with the marketing, sales and operations teams to drive project management programs that support Our Home’s brand, mission and product portfolios.
The Associate Commercialization Manager is responsible for project navigation and traffic control, leading teams through critical checkpoints, including analysis and prioritization of risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate should employ effective problem solving and should be able to easily adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift day to day.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for new product and product maintenance commercialization process and products. Coordinate and support material set-up/readiness, scale-up efforts and launch/post-launch metrics.
- Ensure 100% accurate part set up by meeting internal and external partner specifications and product requirements.
- Collaborate across internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Sales) and work with external contacts (suppliers, co-manufacturers and vendors) to ensure programs are launched on-time and in-line with project objectives.
- Serve as project lead to ensure cross-functional team members understand and work toward accomplishing the business vision, goals and objectives. Manage and communicate detailed project trackers to the extended team. Promote urgency to hit established timelines.
- Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings to ensure teams are completing tasks according to agreed project timelines and facilitate discussions to manage and mitigate project risks.
- Help guide business simplification efforts and process improvement initiatives – examples include packaging approval processes and database management, material consolidation initiatives, packaging standardization
- Learn and develop a strong working knowledge of industry, products, packaging, production lines, and the processes necessary to commercialize products across our manufacturing network.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in experience
- Minimum 3+ years in CPG Project Management, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, or related business function
- Experience leading project teams, experience with Stage Gate processes a plus
- Exposure to new product commercialization and startup procedures
- Extremely strong organization skills: prior experience managing timelines is a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enjoyment for working in a team environment with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and lead projects
- Demonstrate Confidence as a driven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and multi-task
