We are seeking an AR Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable team in managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AR operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, approach complex issues with curiosity, and embrace change.
What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide daily updates to Manager related to priorities and challenges
- Maintain weekly and monthly productivity reports
- Support AR Analysts in identifying best practices across a variety of billing & collections challenges
- Ensure efficient execution of cross-functional Financial Concession Review process
- Escalate accounts in need of advanced collections action
- Maintain standard practices for resolving customer inquiries and disputes timely and accurately
- Credit Management: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits. Monitor customer accounts for credit risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate bad debt exposure.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly AR aging reports and other financial analyses as needed. Identify trends and communicate with all levels of management regarding process improvements necessary to optimize AR performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze and communicate to management the drivers behind payment behavior of assigned accounts. Stay curious about opportunities to streamline AR processes and enhance efficiency.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with change management and process improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with contact center systems and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
